90 days. One plan. Built around you.
A 90-day training program built around your equipment, your week and your calendar.
Answer a five-minute questionnaire. Get a 13-week program (about 90 days) that uses only the gear you own, fits the days you're free, and appears in your calendar session by session.
Every exercise and programming rule signed off by David Silver, a Diploma-qualified trainer in the Scenic Rim.
Soft launch: the first 100 founding members unlock all 13 weeks for $39 (normally $69). How it works

How it works
A 13-week program: a fitness test in week 1, a foundation block in weeks 2 to 3, a build block in weeks 4 to 8, a progress block in weeks 9 to 12, and a retest in week 13.
- Safety check and questionnaire. The same pre-exercise screen Australian trainers use, then your goal, experience, days, times, equipment and anything to work around.
- Your program is built and checked. Exercises come only from a library signed off by a qualified trainer, and match your equipment. Every program passes automatic safety checks before you see it.
- It lands in your calendar. Subscribe once and every session shows up at your chosen time, with the workout one tap away. Retest in week 13 and see the difference.
Built to be followed, not just downloaded
Fits what you own
Dumbbells in the garage, bands in a drawer, a full gym, or nothing at all.
Fits your week
Two to six days, 20 to 60 minutes, any start time. Shift workers welcome.
Safety first
Australian pre-exercise screening, and sore knees, backs or shoulders are worked around.
Planned to progress
Three blocks that build steadily, from foundation to progress, with a retest in week 13.
Who it's for
People who want structure without paying for a personal trainer every week: home-gym owners who aren't sure how to use their gear, parents and shift workers fitting training around life, people in regional towns without a trainer nearby, and anyone getting back into it after a break.
There's also an Active Ageing program for people 65 and over. Want a qualified trainer in your corner? Coached adds David's personal review, for a limited number of clients. See plans and pricing

About us
I'm David Silver, the founder of Train90: a Kooralbyn local, a dad of three, and someone who's worked in sport and fitness for over a decade. I hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Fitness.
I created Train90 because I struggled to find time to exercise myself, and I wanted a proper plan to be available to everyone. I signed off every exercise in the library and the rules for how programs progress, so technology builds and schedules your plan while the decisions about what's safe are made by a qualified person.

Questions
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. Tick what you have, from nothing at all to a full gym, and every exercise in your program uses only that. Bodyweight-only programs are fully supported.
Is my plan made by AI?
Partly, and we're upfront about it. Your program is built by our software from exercises and programming rules that David Silver, a qualified trainer (Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness), has reviewed and signed off one by one. AI then adds personal touches like coaching notes, but it can only choose from approved exercises, and every program passes automatic safety checks before you see it. On the Coached plan, David also personally writes or reviews your plan before you start.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT for a workout?
A chatbot will write something that sounds right. We start with the Australian pre-exercise safety screen, build only from a library of exercises reviewed by a qualified exercise professional, check every program automatically before you see it, and schedule it into your calendar.
What if I miss sessions?
Life happens. Just pick up where you left off. On the Adaptive plan, a two-minute weekly check-in lightens the following week when you need it and updates your calendar.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook, on phone or computer. Each session appears at the time you choose, with a link to the full workout.
Is this medical advice?
No. It's general fitness programming for healthy adults (and 16–17-year-olds with a parent's consent: bodyweight, plus a light band for some sport exercises). There's also an Active Ageing program for people 65 and over, built around strength, balance and confidence for everyday life. If the safety check flags something, we'll ask you to see your GP first. We don't build rehab programs or programs for pregnancy.
What happens to my information?
Your answers are stored in Australia. Our AI only ever sees de-identified details like your goal and equipment, never your name, email or health answers.
