Founding member terms

These terms apply to the Train90 founding member pre-sale, offered by David Silver (ABN [ ]) trading as Train90.

The offer

• You pay $39 (including GST) now for one 90-Day Program, instead of the standard price of $69.
• The offer is limited to the first 100 founding members. Our website shows how many places are left, and our system stops sales at 100.
• The founding price applies to your first 90-Day Program only. Any later programs or plans are at the prices shown at the time.

When you'll get your program

Train90 hasn't launched yet. We plan to launch in February 2027. When we do, we'll email you a link to complete your safety screening and questionnaire, and your program will be built straight away.

Your founding place stays valid for 12 months after we email you that link.

Your refund promise

• If we haven't delivered by 31 March 2027: we'll refund you in full automatically. You don't need to ask.
• Before your program is delivered: you can ask for a full refund at any time, for any reason, by replying to your confirmation email or emailing david@train90.com.au.
• If our safety screening means we can't build you a program: for example, if you need GP clearance you can't get, or you're pregnant or have given birth in the last six months, we'll refund you in full, or hold your place until you're ready, whichever you prefer.
• After delivery: our standard terms of use, including our satisfaction promise and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, apply.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Launch updates

By buying, you'll receive emails about the launch and your founding place. These are service messages, not marketing. We'll only send marketing emails if you've separately opted in.

Passing on your place

You can give your founding place to another adult in Australia by emailing us their name and email before your program is delivered.

Everything else

When your program is delivered, our terms of use and privacy policy apply. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
