South East Queensland businesses, Train90 at Work is free for 13 weeks.

Train90 is made right here in South East Queensland, so we're launching locally first. If your business is anywhere from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast, or Brisbane to Toowoomba, and has up to 30 staff, your whole team can have two short movement breaks a day, free for 13 weeks.

What your team gets

Two breaks a day

An 8 to 10-minute session mid-morning and another mid-afternoon, at times each person chooses, straight into their Outlook or Google calendar.

No gym, no sweat

Mobility, posture and light strength in work clothes, using the desk, chair and wall they already have. Seated and discreet options too.

Built for each person

A short safety screening first. Sore knees, backs, shoulders, wrists and necks are worked around, and each plan progresses over 13 weeks.

Private by design

You see team-level figures only, once 5 or more people join. Never anyone's health answers, aches, or whether a particular person takes part.

How the trial works

  1. Sign up below. Your business name, ABN, your work email, staff numbers and postcode. We email you a link to confirm.
  2. Get your company code. It's created as soon as you confirm, along with a ready-to-send invitation for your team.
  3. Staff join in about 5 minutes. Each person does a short questionnaire and safety check, and their 13-week plan lands in their calendar.
  4. 13 weeks, free. Anyone who joins during the trial keeps their full 13-week plan free, even if it runs past the end of the trial.

When the trial ends, nothing is charged. If you'd like to keep going, set up the Small team plan on your team page: $99 a month for up to 30 staff, with no lock-in. Set it up before your trial ends and it's $79 a month for your first 12 months.

If your business has its own email domain (like yourbusiness.com.au), only staff with that email can join. If you use Gmail, Bigpond or similar, each person confirms their email when they join.

Who can join

Businesses with an ABN, based in South East Queensland, with up to 30 staff. One free trial per business, and trials can be started until 31 March 2027. Staff must be 16 or over (16–17-year-olds need a parent or guardian's consent).
