For Australian gyms and clubs

Give every member their own 90-day plan, under your gym's name.

Most members train on the floor without a program. Train90 gives each of them a 13-week plan built around their goals and your equipment, in your gym's branding and straight into their calendar. No extra PT hours, and members unlock it with your code.

Why gyms add it

Members who know what to do

A clear plan for every session, instead of wandering between machines or copying whoever's next to them.

Progress they can see

A fitness test in week 1 and a retest in week 13, so members see how far they've come. Visible progress is a reason to stay.

A benefit other gyms don't offer

A personal 13-week program for your members, in your branding. Include it in membership or offer it as a premium extra. Something to talk about at reception, on socials and in your sign-up offer.

No extra staff time

Programs are written automatically from a reviewed exercise library, and the weekly check-in adjusts each member's next week for you.

How it works for your gym

  1. Join in one go. One form: your gym's name, logo and colours, a member code, and your qualified trainer's details and insurance. No call to book.
  2. Your branded site goes live within 2 business days of receiving your qualification and insurance documents (usually the same day). Your own web address, with your gym's name on every page, calendar invite and exercise card. Set your official equipment list from your admin page.
  3. Members get their plans. Share your site and member code at reception, in your app or newsletter. Members answer the questionnaire, enter the code and get all 13 weeks in their calendar. Remove anyone who leaves from your admin page.

Training, recovery and nutrition in one program

Every member gets a 13-week plan built for your floor, daily habits and weekly check-ins, "Something hurts?" that eases their sessions and tells your team, a halfway check and 90-day report, and a week of meals with a Woolworths, Coles or ALDI shopping list.

See what your members get

A member on a gym's branded Train90 site: the safety check, their goals, a plan built around the gym's equipment, the member-code unlock, then every session in their calendar.

Shown with a made-up gym, Ridgeline Fitness. Your site uses your own name, logo and colours.

Every member gets a structured 13 weeks

A 13-week program: a fitness test in week 1, a foundation block in weeks 2 to 3, a build block in weeks 4 to 8, a progress block in weeks 9 to 12, and a retest in week 13.

Programs run in three blocks, from foundation to progress, with a baseline test in week 1 and a retest in week 13. A two-minute weekly check-in (sessions done, how hard the week felt and any pain) adjusts the next week to how each member is going.

What your gym gets

Unlocked with your member code

Members unlock their plan with your code, with nothing to pay on the site. You decide who gets the code and how it fits your membership.

Built around your floor

Set your equipment list once, with your own photos and notes, and members' plans use only the machines and gear you actually have.

Your brand on everything

Your gym's name, logo and colours on the site, calendar invites and every exercise card.

Unlimited staff

Owners, managers and trainers can all sign in to see members, their plans and any program flagged for review.

Active Ageing included

A separate program for members 65 and over, built around balance, strength and confidence.

Remove ex-members

When someone leaves, remove them from your admin page and the code stops working for them.

Check-ins, recovery and a 90-day report

Each week adjusts to how the member is going, with daily habits, "Something hurts?", a fitness test in week 1, a halfway check and a 90-day report.

Nutrition built in

A week of meals in everyday portions based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines, with a shopping list for Woolworths, Coles or ALDI in the member's calendar.

Safety screening built in

Australian pre-exercise screening for every member, with a GP check where it's needed. If a member reports pain at their check-in, your trainer is emailed straight away.

Built by a qualified trainer

I'm David Silver, the founder of Train90. I hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Fitness, and I live in Kooralbyn in Queensland's Scenic Rim.

I reviewed and signed off every exercise in the library, every gym machine, the rules for how programs progress, and the Active Ageing program for members 65 and over. Every gym that joins is checked by me personally.

Questions from gyms

Do members pay anything?

Not on your site. You decide how it fits your membership: included for every member, part of a premium tier, or an add-on you charge for at reception. A member answers the five-minute questionnaire on your site, sees their first week, then enters your member code to unlock all 13 weeks and the weekly check-ins.

What does it cost the gym?

$399 a month for up to 400 active members. Past 400 in a month it's $1 for each extra active member. There's a one-off $699 establishment fee, waived for our first 5 partners while places last. No lock-in contract.

What counts as an active member?

A member whose full 13-week program is unlocked during that month. Members who only look at their free first week don't count.

What happens when someone stops being a member?

Remove them from your admin page and your member code no longer works for them. You can also change the code any time, for example each quarter.

Will the plans use our machines?

Yes. You (or your head trainer) set your gym's equipment list once, and members who train with you get plans built only from that list. Add your own photo and note for any machine and members see them under each exercise. For days they can't get in, members can tick the gear they have at home.

Does it replace our PTs or classes?

No. It covers the sessions members do on their own: the gym floor, open gym, home and travel days. Many members who get a plan go on to want a coach, and from the admin page head trainers see every member's plan; your PTs see the members assigned to them.

We're a CrossFit box. Does it clash with our programming?

It sits alongside your classes, not instead of them. Members use it for their extra sessions: accessory work, open gym, home and travel days.

Who's responsible for members' safety?

You name a qualified trainer (Certificate IV in Fitness or higher) with current professional indemnity and public liability insurance when you join. Every member completes Australian pre-exercise screening first, and any program that fails the automatic safety checks waits for your trainer's review.

Will members see the Train90 name?

Your site, calendar invites and exercise cards carry your gym's name, logo and colours, with a small "Powered by Train90" credit in the footer.

How quickly can we start?

Within 2 business days of receiving your qualification and insurance documents (usually the same day). We check your trainer's qualification and insurance, then email you your web address and admin sign-in.

What if it isn't right for us?

Cancel within 30 days of joining and email us, and we'll refund everything you paid when you joined: your first month and any establishment fee.
