Train90 at Work
Most office staff sit for eight hours a day. Train90 at Work puts two short movement breaks in each person's calendar every workday, built around the desk, chair and wall they already have.
How it works
Two breaks a day
An 8 to 10-minute session mid-morning and another mid-afternoon, at times each person chooses. Both go straight into their Outlook or Google calendar.
No gym, no sweat
Easy-to-moderate movement in work clothes: mobility, posture and light strength. Seated, standing and discreet options for open-plan offices.
Built for each person
A short questionnaire with safety screening. Sore knees, back, shoulders, wrists or neck are worked around, and the plan progresses over 13 weeks.
Easy to roll out
Staff join with your company code in a few minutes. Nothing to install, nothing to set up, and a monthly team report you can share.

Safe, voluntary and private
- Signed off by a qualified trainer. Every exercise and programming rule is approved by David Silver (Cert III and IV in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness). No floor work, jumping, running or lifting office items.
- Always voluntary. Staff can skip or move any session. Every session starts with a reminder to clear the space and use only sturdy surfaces.
- Private by design. You see team-level figures only: roughly how many people are enrolled (in bands), weekly completion and how sessions are feeling. You never see anyone's health answers, sore areas or whether a particular person is taking part.
Supports your WHS duties
Under Australia's work health and safety laws, employers must manage psychosocial hazards (risks to mental health, such as high job demands or a poor physical environment) in the same way as physical hazards. The model WHS Regulations were amended to spell this out, with most states and territories adopting the changes from late 2022 and 2023 (Victoria has its own OHS laws), and Safe Work Australia publishes a model Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work.
Australia's Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines advise adults to minimise and break up long periods of sitting. A Cochrane review of workplace programs found that more frequent short breaks reduced sitting at work compared with fewer long breaks, although the quality of the evidence was low.
Train90 at Work gives your team a simple, voluntary way to break up sitting every workday, with a team report you can keep with your WHS records. It supports, but doesn't replace, a risk assessment and controls for the hazards themselves, like workload and workstation set-up.

Data and AI
Where is our staff's information stored?
In Australia. Our database is hosted by Supabase in Sydney, and the server code that handles sign-ups and check-ins also runs in Sydney. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What can we see as the employer?
Team-level figures only: roughly how many people are enrolled (in bands such as 10–19, never an exact number), the share of planned sessions completed and how the weeks felt. Nothing is shown until at least 5 staff have joined, and any figure based on fewer than 5 people is hidden so individuals can't be worked out. You never see names, health or safety answers, or whether a particular person has joined or left. Aches and pain reported at check-ins are never reported to you in any form, not even as counts.
Does Train90 at Work use AI?
The plans themselves don't. Each person's two daily sessions are built and adjusted by fixed rules from our signed-off exercise library, without AI. The only AI step is the optional office photo check below.
What is the optional office photo check?
When joining, a staff member can choose to take 1 to 3 photos of their desk area, so we can suggest answers to questions like "is your desk fixed?". The photos are sent to OpenAI in the United States only after the person ticks their consent, are used only for that check, and aren't stored by us. The person checks every suggested answer, and the photos are never shared with you.
Can we switch the photo check off?
Yes. On your team page, untick "Allow optional office photo check". Staff then just tick the boxes about their workspace, and our system refuses photo checks for your company code.
What happens when someone leaves?
Staff can stop their plan at any time and you aren't told. You can also paste the emails of people who have left on your team page: any matching plans are ended and the places freed, but we won't tell you which of those emails had joined. Plans finish on their own after 13 weeks; staff can sign up again with your company code.
Bigger team? Start with a free 8-week pilot
South East Queensland businesses with up to 30 staff can start a free 13-week trial straight away. We're also running free pilots with a small number of larger businesses. Tell us about your team and David will be in touch.
